Here is a picture of the cool building our shop is in. We're on the left.

After the great fire of 1835 the neighborhood was rebuilt.

In 1903, the architect C.P.H. Gilbert designed new street facades on the buildings in this section of South William Street (57 Stone Street on the other side). Gilbert’s neo-Dutch Renaissance architecture features structural details like stepped gables and strapwork and was a nod to the early settlement of Manhattan.
This is our next door neighbor The Wall Street Inn.

Also in the hood is the famous
Harry's of Hanover Square and Bayards.

On historic Stone Street are all the great restaurants and bars like
Financier, Ulysses, Adriennes, Smorgas and our special neighbor Vintry Wine & Whiskey.

And let's not forget our other famous neighbor
Delmonicos Steakhouse.
Here is a nice shot by Vivienne Gucwa looking all moody and medieval.
The neighborhood was burned down in 1835.
Here's what that fire looked like!!
